Londoun School Superintendent Ziegler knew about the two rapes that occurred under his leadership. The fact that he transferred the 15 year old boy identifying as a girl after the bathroom rape and sodomy of the Smith 9th grade girl is proof he knew. At his new Loudoun County School the boy who identifies as a girl once again sexually assaulted a girl in the bathroom.
I hope the families sue the socks off Ziegler and all members of the Loudoun School Board.
Sexual assault is a crime and the Superintendent and School Board have a duty to protect.
My daughter and being sued would be their least concern.
