I recall some radical types, after Ginsburg died, they expressed anger at her not having retired when Obama was president.
I’m sure she planned to retire and have President Hillary appoint her replacement. But when the 2016 election didn’t go their way, Ginsburg chose to try to outlast the Trump presidency.
She chose poorly.
She had no use for blacks and did not want the hafrican to name a black replacement.
