Why don’t these companies just grant exemptions for any employee who requests one? If the gov’t doesnt like it, force it to come in and make the call on every individual who wants an exemption. A most excellent point, for private (non federal "contractor") companies. For companies in that position, which is most companies [1], there is no executive order, only Xiden's fever dream of a "mandate."
