Acting legend Joan Collins says she is sick and tired of cancel culture, saying the people promoting the destruction of lives are “sick “morons.”
The glamorous Dynasty star told the Sunday Times that she eschews social media because she simply doesn’t want to deal with the trolls and “morons “who are always looking for some errant Tweet to attack.”
“I don’t want to engage in any way, shape or form with these morons,” Collins said during an interview about her upcoming memoir, “My Unapologetic Diaries.”
Collins, 88, noted that it disgusted her the way the cancel culture went after British TV host Piers Morgan, who she feels is the most interesting commentator on TV.
“He’s more interesting than any of them,” she said of Morgan, adding, “People can’t say what they think, because they’ll get canceled. Dredging up tweets from 15 years ago, about what somebody might have said when they were 14, I think that’s sick.”
On another popular topic, Collins went on to insist that the world has heard quite enough from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. “I think they’ve had enough oxygen in the press,” Collins exclaimed.

88? Nice!
Good for her! She’s right. Unfortunately, the internet arms bullies with a keyboard and anonymity. They are losers with an ax to grind.
She was in the best Star Trek episode ever.
Cancel culture cancels Christianity. It gives no room for forgiveness or redemption.
Joan Collins is 88 years old, has already had her career, and can afford to say anything she darn well pleases to, and she is doing just that. You go girl!
5. Time for an “eat your heart out” story. I bought a photo of her serving coffee at the soup kitchen in “City on the Edge of Forever”. I sent it to her in England and she signed it for me. One of the best autographs in my Star Trek collection.
Also left a holographic card for her to sign, which she did, after a show at a theater in DC. Got Linda Evans autograph on the program book too. Very nice lady.
And lastly bought an autographed color paper photograph, of Collins for $5.00.
Next, me with Chase Masterson, Robin Curtis, Tanya Roberts, and a few other Women of Star Trek, B-5, and Deep Space 9... but that’s for another day!!!! Hee, hee, hee!!!!!!
[“City on the Edge of Forever”]
Yeah, but she accidentally let the Nazis complete their heavy water experiments.
So she had to get hit by a car going to the Clark Gable movie.
Darn McCoy. He saved her the first time after jumping into the time machine.
He knows Doctor. He knows.

She’s not incorrect.
Best StarTrek OS episode ever!
It’s close. “Who Mourns for Adonis” would get my vote. Evil Spock with a goatee too.
“They are losers with an ax to grind.”
Weren’t most of these cancel culture-types born after 1972? They would be coming up on 50 soon if they’re that old. Some great things happened on Earth and elsewhere during the years before their time and they don’t understand how so many great and “cool” things could’ve happened in the world at a time when their generation(s) did not yet exist.
They must have been raised believing that they alone were supposed to be the future and that every subsequent day of their lives was going to be another day in that imaginary future.
Now, as those who can finally see beyond their own reflections may come to find, there were and are still people much older than them who continue to play a big part in the future and that the future is best when shared among their fellow Americans.
I like The Return of the Archons with Landru and the Festival, makes me think of the society Democrats really want to impose upon people today.
I never thought of it that way. You’re absolutely right!
Hollywood-types realize the envious Red Guards are coming for them as well (regardless of their politics); they are “fundamentally transforming” the country, and the wealthiest (at least the “public wealthy”) are in their sites.
When one gets old enough and established enough, one has the freedom to speak and fears no repercussions. I never would have thought I’d see such common sense coming from Joan Collins.
Agreed.. with both of her statements, especially about Princess Harry the cockold.
That’s awesome she took the time to sign it in England. That’s a keepsake.
