WHY is he free at all?...he was pummeling the smaller kid....and am I to understand that then he went and got his gun and shot the kid as well as others....
he is a huge danger to society.....

He is out on a $75,000 bond. He’ll get a trial at some point
which is when he’ll get the final decision as to his final
punishment for the criminal acts.
