As I understand it, it isn’t a. done deal unless enough R senators vote for it along with McConnell. So if the majority of R Senators had any GUTS....granted they don’t, they’d immediately call a no confidence vote on McConnell and the leadership and change the jockey on this dying horse call the Republican horse and send McConnell back to the pastures of Kentucky.
