All of that can be done through an Article V Constitutional Convention. The Red states outnumber the Blues, and can hit critical mass with the 2022 elections. The constitution can be amended in that way, mostly bypassing Congress, and certain judges and Senators could be removed from office, i.e., failing to guarantee a Republican form of government, etc. What stops this? The RINOs, and they must go. Remove the RINOs, and we will get results.
