What the reality is the fact that less than 20% of the people are wearing masks here in Louisiana. A lot of businesses have caught on to the fact that if they require a mask, they will loose business.

My observation post IDA:
95% of the people who did not evacuate from the storm went about their tasks maskless. As resources re-opened, hardly no one was wearing masks at groceries etc. including the employees. Now that the evacuees have returned about 75% seem to be wearing masks but no one is challenging the 25% who still are not.
The fearless stayed for IDA, the fearful have returned.

I just looked at a webcam on Bourbon St. to take a survey. There were so few people I couldn’t do it. I don’t know how businesses on Bourbon St. are surviving. I know it’s not the weekend, and it’s raining, but damn. There was almost nobody there, and screen captures over the last 24 hours were no different.
