If the Progressives and the Republicans are working together, there must be hidden provision somewhere to grant illegal aliens automatic “citizenship” and endless chain migration.

My understanding is they want trillions where they don’t clearly say exactly how the money will be spent, yet they want to examine every transaction of $600 or more that an individual makes.
