Give every druggie a one way ticket to SF and let the problem solve itself.
I have zero use for those types.

Having the drug addicts die from this is one thing. When they start to push fentanyl into the general public and poison innocent people, then what?

Oh wow...just read up on it. It is 80-100 times stronger than Morphine. When I had Morphine for severe injuries, I LOVED morphine. That was many years ago and I still have a strong emotional attachment to Morphine. I get it now. That would be a VERY dangerous drug.

If it is smuggled, it’s probably passing part of its journey via Clowns In America (aka, C.I.A.)

That’s what they say, but they are targeting folks who didn’t cause those.
No, this is about commies just being assholes and dicks to everyone … from first to last.

I don’t hear of enough deaths, so the fentanyl is cut too much.

It’s an extremely potent opioid painkiller. It’s so much stronger than heroin that it quickly claims it’s victims. Addicts lay around like brain dead zombies until the fentanyl eventually gets them.
It’s not the best business model for the dealers.

The flaw in that is that law enforcement and not to mention hospital workers and even innocent bystanders come in contact with these deadly drugs (and in some cases even the residue is deadly),too.

It’s used with other opiates, like heroin to make it stronger. Thing is, if the dosage is off it’s quite often lethal.

It suppresses the CNS (Central Nervous System) to the point the user stops breathing. It’s 100x more potent than heroin. Just a few grains can kill you.

San Francisco, city of free love then everything else. Eschews middle American values. They know better. Doctor at the end says “we’ve always had drug overdoses but this is uncharted territory.”
Lol! Ever heard the term slippery slope? Enjoy!

Right now the Fentanyl is cheap and available so it is being cut into other drugs. There are a lot of people OD’ing because the dose they are used to is not what they are getting today.

For every addict that dies of an overdose, one spiritually weak kid will become addicted. Perhaps Indonesia has the best approach to solving the drug problem.

Which is why it is usually only used during or following major surgery, in the ICU, and for end of life pain.

What effect does Fentanyl have on a person? Why are they taking it?
It's an opiate - it was originally created for pain relief (typically in hospital patients after surgery), but it also causes feelings of euphoria, like all opiates. Fentanyl is vastly stronger than morphine. On any given day, many people taking it are doing so because fentanyl is strongly addictive. Some addicts may have started on it because it was prescribed for them by a doctor (as Oxycontin, another opiate, was originally prescribed for Rush Limbaugh). Other users are heroin addicts who get a similar high from Fentanyl.

"The flaw in that is that law enforcement and not to mention hospital workers and
even innocent bystanders come in contact with these deadly drugs (and in some cases

full environmental, bullet proof suits.
