RE: Governor Ducey tweets that he will not decertify. He has no power to do that and the audit doesn’t call for it.
It’s not the GOVERNOR’s job. It’s the job of the legislature.
The Governor would have to sign the new Certificate of Acertainment which lists the official vote totals and the names of Arizona’s electors.
