I don't think this is all of it. Did anyone else hear it stated that they could tell which circles were filled in with pen vs sharpie vs COMPUTER? The high resolution photo of the ballot paper picks up any indentation made by a pen, pencil or sharpie....a computer printed ballot does not have any indentation.
