Perhaps more important than the paper type, actually, is identifying what percentage of the ballots were filled in by pen, what percentage were filled in by sharpie, and what percentage of the ballots were printed out from the machine, and the ballot circles filled in with computer ink... The first speaker said it was quite easy to tell the difference. The camera could identify pen strokes, and magic marker strokes, and computer printout.
