Hmm. I also remember them mentioning it in passing in another context, but they never gave any numbers. We were assured nothing would be edited out. This needs to be addressed.
I am vaguely recalling them saying that paper ballot review comes later and I think it’s because the county has not released the ballots yet. Apparently there has been an agreement between the state and county but not yet finalized I think
