IMHO this is why the SCOTUS refused and refuses to get involved. Teddy Roosevelt’s election as well. Totally bought by three men. Andrew Carnegie, JP Morgan, and John Rockefeller. The reality is we have probably had more illegitimate presidents than legitimate ones. The diffrerence is everybody knows it NOW instead of decades.
