The second amendment is THE hill on which we fight and die.Maybe but we have pretty much let the first get away from us. Why will the second be different?

It is the only thing which has prevented a complete authoritarianism being thrusted on us. We are on the path but there is still a slight hesitation but know this, while we are living our lives, the tyrants continue to ‘plan’ on methods to eliminate the 2nd Amendment, gun ownership and ultimately, us.

second amendment is to make bureaucrats and elected officials play nicely. the fact that some people hunt with the tools it protects is incidental. the purpose of the second amendment has always been about providing the people bulwark against tyranny.
