He’s God, not “Gawd”. And waiting on God is faith in Him and His promise - something you, unfortunately, do not have nor see right now but I hope that changes for you.

You are indwelt with the Holy Spirit. God gave you that Spirit to go out into the world and fight his fight. I don’t recall reading of the Apostles waiting around in “faith” for God to fulfill his promise after the Spirit fell upon them. We don’t see this in any of the epistles either. Go into the world and fight the good fight. The Spirit of God is with you when you go into battle.
It may be beneficial for you to leave your Laodicean brethren, and ask the Holy Spirit to instruct you on what God’s purpose is. It may also be beneficial if you stopped judging others until you grasp this biblical concept
