The Federales are claiming that it is a workplace safety rule and claim that it is a workplace safety issue.

Only if these State rules do not violate the U.S. Constitution bill of rights. Those are there to protect us from a tyrannical local state.
And States signed a contract to uphold these basic rights when they joined the union. Many are now in breach of contract...
