In the meantime, employers like mine have said "get vaccinated by Nov. 9th or face disciplinary action." Presumably that means getting fired.
Roughly 60% of I.T. refuses to get vaccinated. Can't wait to see the big, multi-national bank I work for fire 60% of I.T. when we have over 250 I.T. positions we cannot fill.
