They’ll lobby Congress to exempt them from the security rules about sending sensitive personal information offshore. Any bank that does that will lose clients like crazy. We deal in the high wealth/ultra-high wealth segment. Every single one of our high/ultra-high wealth clients requires us to keep their information on-shore, period. We can't even allow on-shore contractors to see it and we have to severely limit those who can. Our DevOps teams deal with fully anonymized data, we're that strict. That's well above & beyond what the Federal Regulators require.

I work for the gubermint. So far, we've heard zilch about enforcing vaccine mandates on gov employees. That's not to say they aren't preparing the groundwork, but this kind of thing needs to be worked thru the unions. It'll all blow eventually, but I'm thinking that, as some military units are demanding, a 90 day extension is being worked on behalf of us who won't take the jab.
Of course, I could be 150% wrong. We'll see.

That’s true, that’s very true. I know personally of several military members who are being forced out cuz they won’t take the jab, but the majority are. Thing is, if a majority of the military would just stand up to their superiors and tell them to go jump in a lake, things could change, but there aren’t enough of them with a backbone to make a huge difference.

So Dershowitz agrees with me. The Feds can mandate everyone get the vaccine but only by act of Congress. There is no way Congress would approve that.
