Minor doses of hydrogen peroxide in a nebulizer is useful for treating bacterial lung infections. But we are talking dosages of drops in saline. Been using this for years and it is reasonably effective.
BUT
Only really works against bacterial infections. Not very effective against viral infections.

Don’t inhale nor drink H202 inspite of it killing most viruses.
H2O2 in a 3 percent concentration inactivated all the viruses under study within 1—30 min. Coronavirus and influenza viruses were found to be most sensitive.
