Censure is possible if Republicans gain control of the House next year, but unlikely. Like Kamala’s dress designer she is an “Immigrant woman of color” and thus cannot be criticized.
Expulsion would require 2/3rds vote and she would quickly win reelection to her vacant seat. SCOTUS has ruled that the House would have to seat her.
