I work a lot with programmers and they’re very much Trump like in that they say what’s on their mind. Bringing them into meetings was always a crap shoot but I would tell my functional customers that if they can focus on their needs and the programmers ability to deliver, it was a win win.
A lot of people are starting to see that there’s value in people like Trump.

in most cases it’s what truly matters. (Trump’s way of thinking and what he speaks and does most times)
feelings and niceties and “professionalism” really don’t matter so much as did the problem or situation get resolved, best worked out.
people stuck on their feelings being hurt and all the other stuff are more about themselves then they are about getting their problem solved or helping others.
