These kids are not allowed to be kids, their minds are being destroyed with guilt and fear. they worry about the planet burning, dying if they don’t have a mask on, if they are white they are evil, if they are black they are oppressed. If they eat bacon they will die of heart disease, must wear sun block or will die of skin cancer. If they go around grandparents they can kill them with COVID. They are scared of strangers. They must declare their pronoun preference at their schools. If a girl dates a boy, it’s abnormal. They are entertained with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TicToc.
In my case, when our daughter was visiting with her seven year old and nine year old, we turned on The Five, Fox News. Out daughter came frantically running into the room, grabbed the kids and took off running to the bedroom. The next day, our nine year old, out of the blue started talking about poor George Floyd, how the police needed to be defunded. My husband said something in defense of the police and the little brat said, “you are a racist.”
