“ Portland city leaders promised to intentionally invest in the Black community since it cut $15 million from the Portland Police Bureau last summer, but in the months since, it's hard to find those investments.”

What does that mean, like the money has gone missing or what??? How can the good people of that city tolerate that behavior??

“It’s hard to find those investments.”

That’s because they are not investments. They are just giveaways. One trouble with socialists is that they are willing to deceive themselves with their own words.

Like The Uniparty and “infrastructure,” the wet noodles running Portland have no idea what an investment is.
