I meant that phrase in a metaphorical sense that people on the "right" side of the political aisle were all about small government and personal freedom but we propped up GWB and the neocons for years while they grew government, didn't stop the endless war, and intruded on our personal freedoms, but I guess in a literal sense getting right with Jesus works at least as good.
