Perhaps the biggest roadblock to such a plan, are the Tier 1 providers, most of which are leftists wokesters and non of which would be considered conservative.

They can (& did back in Jan) shut down any kind of electronic traffic they want.

Good luck getting the fed's to allow a conservative Tier 1 provider.
