Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has slammed Texas Governor Greg Abbott over the state's strict new abortion law, but drew mockery of her own for using the phrase 'menstruating persons.'

The progressive New York Democrat spoke out in an interview with CNN on Tuesday, slamming Abbott as ignorant of reproductive science but appearing to trip over her own phrasing.

'I don't know if he is familiar with a menstruating person's body. In fact, I do know that he's not familiar with a woman -- with a female or menstruating person's body,' said Ocasio-Cortez.

If a period is missed for a time span of two weeks, THE WOMAN IS PREGNANT!!!!

Most women figure after a missed period of two or three days that is time to pee on the stick.

There’s plenty of time to get an abortion, which I suppose AOC means. She’s saying it’s not enough time to assume pregnancy but those of us who have been female for a while understand that missed periods don’t need to last a year before we know we are pregnant.

6 Weeks to find Tom, Dick, or Jamal (sperm donors), and have them drive you (the pregnant one) to the PP Clinic for that "procedure" ? Perhaps even pay for it ?

6 Weeks to go to the Clinic or Pharmacy and pick up a pill or two of the Morning-After-Tom-Dick-or Jamal, and remove even the possibility of having to wait 6 Weeks to get you that "procedure" ?
