Well here’s the rub. My corporation is putting pressure on employees in a quasi-mandate, but offering testing alternative 3 times a week if we still have to go to campus to perform our duties.
We’ve not heard all the details yet, but we were told we were to show proof of vax or negative test results on Oct 4th.
Some speculate unvaxed insurance rates will rise when signing up for the new year insurance plans and possibly a Covid unvaxed surcharge...something along those lines.
Furthermore, testing kits may be free for a while, but then passed on to the employees. So, they’ll just keep turning the screws.
I heard they are having a really hard time finding good employees. Leave
