Fact is, the cartels (major purchasers of arms within Mexico) can get a much better deal by acquiring arms from the Chinese Communist regime, and also a reliable source of ammunition and and other trade goods (i.e., fentanyl and other illicit drugs), they don’t have to rely in gun runners from the US importing weaponry.
We just have to export our dollars to them. Win-win for both the CCP and the drug cartels.
