This is not incompetence. Obama did the same thing for ISIS. They became the best equipped army in the Middle East and immediately took control of 2/3 of Iraq. Sound familiar?
Don’t we have the largest non nuke weapon on earth available - bush used it! Hell nuke em if we have too - obiden can even ride it to the ground like they did in the Peter Sellars movie - good purpose for him!
