There’s no way to redistrict her candidacy. She doesn’t have to live in the same district, only the same state (you could live in Cairo, IL and run for a seat north of Chicago if you were so inclined. Probably wouldn’t win the nomination, but you can’t stop the person from running if they meet the other qualifications). If they move Kinzinger’s seat to more GOP environs he hasn’t represented, that’s more likely to benefit Lauf.
