Years ago, in Oregon, environmental nazis got rid of paper bags to save trees and gave us the plastic bag. Later, the environmental nazis got rid of the plastic bag after all the environmental damage they caused, and gave us heavier plastic reusable dirty bags. The option added buying a paper bag for 5c. Pretty much back to all paper bags now with an added bureaucratic charging and keeping track of paper bags. Fun cycle by really really stupid people.
