Pfizer's COVID Vaccine Gets Full Approval From The FDA

The Food and Drug Administration has formally approved Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine. The widely anticipated decision replaces the emergency use authorization granted by the agency last December.

This is the first COVID-19 vaccine to be subject to a full review by the U.S. regulator and to get an approval that puts the vaccine on par with other marketed vaccines.

The full approval could make it easier for employers, the military and universities to mandate vaccination and may reassure some people who are hesitant about the vaccine.

"While this and other vaccines have met the FDA's rigorous, scientific standards for emergency use authorization, as the first FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccine, the public can be very confident that this vaccine meets the high standards for safety, effectiveness, and manufacturing quality the FDA requires of an approved product," acting FDA Commissioner Janet Woodcock said in a statement.

A June poll from the Kaiser Family Foundation found that 31% of unvaccinated people said they would be more likely to get a COVID-19 vaccine once one receives full approval from the FDA.

“On August 23, 2021, the FDA approved the first COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and will now be marketed as Comirnaty, for the prevention of COVID-19 disease in individuals 16 years of age and older. The vaccine also continues to be available under emergency use authorization (EUA), including for individuals 12 through 15 years of age and for the administration of a third dose in certain immunocompromised individuals.”

I’ve been getting a flu shot every year for decades, and have never gotten the flu ever since I’ve started being vaccinated!!!! (I started being vaccinated way back in the 1980s, after a very bad case of the flu!!!!)

What the FDA press release says and what the FDA document to Pfizer says are different. The way I read the FDA document is that the EUA is authorized indefinitely, as opposed to being a limited duration EUA.

But the FDA document still calls it a EUA.

I hope this rush to commit approval of the covid vaccine will not be in the same or greater league as the EPAs MTBE fuel additive disaster. The poisoning of water with MTBE and the “quick” removal off the market was a green nightmare and I hope that this does not taint the CDC any worse that they have done to themselves already.

The redesign of 2021 happened after the covid-19 pandemic. And Pfizer, being one of the world’s hugest vaccine providers, added more confidence and professionalism to their visual identity. The new logo kept the blue and white color palette, but blue became brighter and now there are two shades of it. The lettering went out of the light blue oval and got placed on a white background, on the right from the completely new element — Pfizer emblem.

The emblem is formed by two thick ribbon-like lines drawn in two shades of blue and resembling the iconic Pfizer oval. As for the lettering, its typeface changed a little — the bars became thinner and sharper — but the overall concept and style look recognizable and similar to the previous logotypes.

I just read every word of the FDA approval letter to Pfizer. Be very aware of the exact syntax of the words chosen in that letter. Words mean things, every word.
The letter approves of:
1. The MANUFACTURING.
2. Timetables for long term effects data gathering. Most have the time table of 2024 for completion.
3. Nowhere does the letter state the product is approved for patient USE or medical authority USE.

Meaning the headlines don't match the media "narrative". So this is just more Big Pharma propaganda for Dem vax tyrants to demand compliance with the media myths. Interesting.
