If your company mandates it, then ask their Human Resources for religious and medical exemptions. See if the company will accept liability if you are injured or killed.

Make them fire you and find a pro-bono lawyer.

Keep in mind too. If even 10% of your business leave, then your business will be hurting.

The plain reality is that legal pro-bono work is almost exclusively reserved for helping people with very minor issues or writing a will for them. It is nothing like the movies where a lawyer is going to agree to take on a big corporation pro-bono. That type of Litigation is very, very expensive.
