Malone bills himself as having invented mRNA technology or vaccines or something along that line. No one in the mRNA field credits him with that. He co-wrote one 1989 paper with two co-authors, and he exaggerates his contribution in order to give his opinion the aura of authority. When I find someone pulling a stunt like that I wonder what else they are spinning.
