Any good fabrication shop, if you bring in the part, they will make it. And usually faster and cheaper than factory
There is no way on earth a no name shop can fabricate some of the aviation and electronics parts. Even some of our multi billion dollar military repair depots do not have all of the specialized capabilities to fabricate some of these parts. Someone can try to mimic a part but it will not be to spec and it will fail. I sure as heck would not be on a helicopter held together with parts made in Achmed’s garage.
