Joe Biden went on vacation to Camp David just before Afghanistan fell to the Taliban and gave no public remarks on the matter until more than 24 hours after the fall of Kabul. That was a speech Biden delivered from the White House Monday, after which he took no questions from the media.
He went silent again, then delivered another speech on Wednesday, this time on COVID. He took no media questions after the conclusion of this address. He sat for an interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos Wednesday. That interview has caused yet more problems. Biden’s performance in it has been seen as heartless and incoherent.
Fox News reports that Biden has effectively called a lid, this time indefinitely.

If he is incapable of answering unscripted media questions, then he is incapable of carrying out his duties as President.
Both make sense because these people simply do not care about Afghanistan. They are relying on the MSM to carry their water. And the MSM will.

A Democrat in Congress gets appointed to the Cabinet and resigns his/her seat.
Hillary is appointed to fill that seat.
Hillary is then tapped for the VP slot...

18 months sounds about right. The goal is for 2 years +1 day so that Kamela has a chance at 10 years of being president. If she takes over at 1.9 years, she only gets 1&half terms.

Why would Heelsup Harris step down from the presidency? Once she’s at the top, she has access to information sources that can knock anyone out of the water who might have dirt on her.
Nelson Rockefeller was not in Congress when Ford nominated him for VP. The other two candidates, GHW Bush and Rumsfeld, were also not in Congress at the time they were considered.
