All these failures are being allowed in order to usher in the great reset.
The issue I hold against the French is they can’t seem to keep a stable Republic. I think they are on their 5th now. And the Terror of the Robespierre years was downright horrible and in my opinion was the first communist Republic.
I worked with a bunch of French Air Force people, when I was in Berlin. I thought they were pretty sharp.

Actually, the Dim voters by and large don't want the US to fail, because then their checks would stop (or become worthless). Unfortunately, few of that crowd understand what makes the "goose" thrive.

Agreed on both counts. Especially with regard to GIGN. Beretta is now importing the Manhurin MR73 into the US for a reason.
