He is not totally demented but once it begins it is irreversible and there will be a sudden rapid decline requiring 24 hour care. As a family, we are very familiar with old age dementia. It has affected a number of our older family members usually in their late 80’s. Biden has all the behavior of a person with old age dementia, I do not think anyone can say for sure when he will spiral down rapidly.
