“Cases” is not necessarily bad news.

I agree. “Cases” simply means DETECTABLE “infection”. The Moderna vaccine prevents 76% of such infections compared to the unvaccinated (many of whom likely have natural immunity). And, more importantly, it prevent most more severe illnesses and almost all deaths. “Almost all” doesn’t mean 100% as you’ll see from threads here where some anti-vaxxers work around the clock seeking out those rare cases to post here.
The Delta variant is helping accelerate the arrival of the herd immunity “threshold”, IMHO.
Natural immunity obtained through infection and survival is superior to the effects of the vaccines. It would be accurate to separate the many of whom likely have natural immunity from the general unvaccinated.

Thhat isn’t going to happen. There are animal reservoirs.
And before you ask
Felines, Deer and house flies.
From all that I have read, YOUR statements are in the minority.
The jaxcines are DANGEROUS and completely unnecessary.
The HERD, is the ONLY answer. Just ask the deer. They don’t social distance. They don’t wear masks. They don’t get jaxines.
And the only dead deer I see lying around have been hit by cars.
