The Democrats didn't need to rig computers to win the election. In fact, they needed the computers to work exactly as designed. It was a ballot-stuffing exercise where they ran millions -- if not tens of millions -- of illegal ballots through those machines.

The defendants only need to show a prima facie case of fraud, such as their machines having been accessed by either Domimion or people who had access to them, including sudden, very large changes in vote totals.
That will be fairly easy to prove, with or without the help of Dominion.
Once a prima face case for the defense is made, the burden then shifts to Dominion.
None of the defendant’s need to hire an attorney. Establishing a prima facie defense should not be difficult.
Dominion may have very deep pockets, but if the defendants represent themselves, their out of pocket expenses.
I’ve been sued a couple of times, but they suddenly go away when the other side learns I will not hire an attorney; and see that their legal fees and discovery expenses would run into hundreds of thousands of dollars. They figure out real quick, it’s not worth the effort; especially when they know they have no case.

Forensic hand counts totally do not match machine tallies, and ballots have little to do with the results when weighted voting takes place.

This entire election is a very poorly done crap fest, that floats on a raft of corruption.
The machines were all decertified by last minute un verified ot tested software updates, the voting rules were changed by People who had no authority and in ways that were clearly unconstitutional, ant the theft was so poorly carried out that the thieves had to stop the election to jigger their results on nationwide TV.

One of the ways the vote counting machine was used to commit fraud was to decalibrate the scan to flag the photocopy of the ballot as an error and send it to be hand corrected away from the desk where witnesses were stationed.
Its called adjudication and federal standards require it to happen less than .0009% of the time. Not the 68% of the time that happened in some areas. Then you erase the records out of the machines of all the “adjudications” so you can’t see how 68% of the vote for the county was decided by Liberal Lizzy in the back room.

That means this case should not be decided on the basis of if the judge is a Trump supporter or not, but on the law. Liberal judges decide cases based on their politics and preferred public policies. We don't.
There is a motion to dismiss in almost every defamation case. If the defendants are public figures they always lose the motion. This has been the law for decades.
Clarence Thomas wants to revisit the rule of Sullivan and its progeny and I agree with him. But that's a SCOTUS issue, not something a District Judge can do.

You are wrong, and to prove it, how did the vote totals on live feeds show vote totals that subtracted votes and swapped blocks of votes between candidates when those totals came electronically from the machines directly to media feeds?
Paper ballots don’t subtract in machines when you scan them, only when you scam them.
