Discovery isn't some magic spell that unlocks everything. The judge isn't going give the defendants anything not associated with their defense. The plaintiffs, on the other hand will be forced to show all of their "evidence" that is supposed to back up these claims. Those claims of "captured data packets" and other election night evidence they presented as proof of their claim will face actual scrutiny. And Powell's witnesses that turned out to be frauds? If the "conspiracy" evidence and witnesses are impeached, the defendants are in trouble.
Please stop this. The buck stops with President Trump. Period.
You know that any evidence that could be discovered that would hurt Dominion has been destroyed, don’t you? Give a bit of thought to why Dominion has filed these suits. They’re not stupid or masochists.

Dominion "voting" machines are so full of faults they should have never been certified.
The analysis I saw of the disk images from JUST today demonstrated hundreds of felonies contained in the Windows (that's right, they are running windows) log files.
I am a Certified Network Administrator, I have worked in the computer network industry since 1988 and the lies from Dominion regarding their machines are deep and vast.
In many instances the county was not even running the election, Dominion employees were, which makes them a big fat target for countersuits.

He was forced to rely on information and advice from those around him.

He was given a list of what he was told were....Constitutionalist/Conservative Judges....at some point he had to take the folks who produced that list at their word.
The problem he had is that unlike the Democrats where everyone is loyal to the cause, the Republicans are backstabbing POS who undermined him for 4 years. Big difference, playa’.
But, I’m thinking that in your world and your line of work you can be the CEO, CFO, COO, Exec VP, Sr VP, VP, Director, Deputy Director, SAIC, Group Supervisor, Team Leader, Team Member, Logistics and Support Specialist, Fleet Manager, Mechanic, Maintenance guy all at one time and still have time to make decisions and run sh*t. Yeah, you can handle all of that.

But, the man is/was an outsider. He had to rely on others, from the inside, for their insight and to get stuff done. Pure and simple. Look at all the early disastrous picks he had for his Cabinet positions.
Did he, you or I think that Sessions, Mattis, Kelly, and Tillerson would be such disasters? Nope. Not for a minute. And look what happened.
Sessions....Mr Law and Order. One of the earliest supporters of the President tucks tail and disappears, allowing Mueller, et al to drag us down that road.
Mattis....Mr Marine, ‘Merica, Nothing but a globalist CFR stooge that wanted to work for Hillary Clinton
Kelly.....Pretty much the same as Mattis.
Tillerson ..... started to implement some stuff at DOS, cleaned house a bit and ran out some dead wood, but at the end bucked the administration and had to go
At the end of the day, knowing that he wasn’t getting help from anyone, he did circled the wagons with a very small group of trusted folks and did it without any of them.

Get hold of the contracts governments signed with Dominion and other machines companies for software, machine updates, operating staff during elections and a lot more. They’re DIRTY!
As I recall, the problem began at the beginning. Malcolm was (as I recall) and out-and-proud poofster and biker. It was just weird.
And weird ideas seem to spring from other weird ideas.
I was dismayed at Mattis, McMaster, etc. McMasters wrote a great book on McNamara and Vietnam. He was just such a letdown as National Security Advisor. Like Douglas Macgregor - unconventional war fighter and called a spade a spade. Never cared for Mattis - something just seemed “off” with him.
Tillison - never could figure that out - totally out of his league.

They only count the ballots. Unless you have fake ballots you can’t rig the election, and if you have fake ballots you have no need to involve the Dominion machines.

The machines had built in wifi chips with no external antennas, also found in the BIOS options.
NIC options, again, switched on and off in the BIOS options.
When any of these functions are accessed and enabled, there are entries in the log files.
The SQL tools were installed on the machines, that software is NOT part of the certified configuration.
All of the above allows the machines to be illegally accessed during the "safe harbor" period prior to the election as well as during and just after the election.
I have been working with computers for 33 years and I could barely keep up with what they were finding in the logs today.
Dominion is going to have a tough time taking away what is already in the hands of the defendants and examined by experts in the various applicable fields by claiming that it is a "trade secret."
It was right there, plain as day in the BIOS options.

All of that is possible, but it can’t steal and election because the machine leaves the pile of paper ballots.
If you rig the machines you can affect the count that night, but when someone counts the ballots by hand you will be caught. We did those counts, and that didn’t produce anything.
The steal happened with the creation of fake paper ballots. Its the only possible path, and hacking the Dominion machines is irrelevant to that effort.
That is why the ballots are undergoing forensic analysis in the Maricopa county audit of the ballots.
That has nothing to do with the Dominion Voting Systems’ defamation lawsuits against the attorneys Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani and MyPillow and its CEO Mike Lindell claims of problems with the voting machines.
It is two separate issues.
