I use Fakespot before when researching. Gives a grade on the quality of the reviews, not the product itself.

Fakespot is a scam.
It is some guy from Kuwait who monetizes Amazon traffic by pretending to show which products have fake reviews. His scores have no correlation with reality.
ReviewMeta is similar and is far more accurate. But the Chinese scammers are far ahead of ReviewMeta also.
FYI: Most 3rd party sellers on Amazon are Chinese nationals living in China.
