I sat in HRM meetings where certain positions were minority or minority female only. So, all whites that applied and were interviewed never had a chance, only there as quota fodder.
That is why I self-identify as "latinx" LOL.
On your next job application put down "latinx" because only a fool plays a rigged game by the rules.
No question about it. It happens. Interviews with white applicants are often perfunctory and lacking in any objective purpose or intention of selecting the best qualified person for the job. The #1 selection factor is very often based solely on race and gender preferences. Same thing goes for promotions.
And many will call you racist for saying this, but you are correct. Seeing large numbers of black females applying is a sure sign a white man has no chance to get the job.
