only foxes are allowed to investigate the hen house.
The Constitution is very clear. The States are responsible for elections. DOJ go away!!
Oooh! Closely tracking! Yeh because that’s all they can do. 😆
” The laws cited by the DOJ include the Civil Rights Act of 1960, which mandates the retention of election records for 22 months after a federal election, and the Voting Rights Act of 1965, which outlines that no person âÂÂshall intimidate, threaten, or coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any person for voting or attempting to vote, or intimidate, threaten, or coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any person for urging or aiding any person to vote or attempt to vote.â “
So the DOJ is going after all the people that intimidate and threaten the member of the Michigan Canvass Board into certifying election results. I can expect arrest any day.
âÂÂI voted not to certify, and I still believe this vote should not be certified,â Hartmann said his affidavits. âÂÂUntil these questions are addressed, I remain opposed to certification of the Wayne County results.âÂÂ
Added Palmer in her affidavit: âÂÂI rescind my prior vote to certify Wayne County elections.â thepalmierireport.com
It is till 2024
True dat . . . but the 14th Amendment authorized congress to enforce its provisions.
It was an enormous power used wisely until 1960, enabled by the 17th Amendment.
