A simple federal lawsuit needs to be filed to get rid of the Delaware rebel.
Federal courts should be able to enforce both Sections 1 and 3 of Amendment XIV.
You have the correct charge.
Opening the border, failing to defend it - willfully - and even encouraging the invasion is more then enough for articles of Impeachment.
Way more then making a phone call to the leader of another country and saying something that some twisted little punk in the bureaucracy took offense at.
