“Don’t tell your parents” crap in pubic schools is nothing new, not at all.
We need to stop calling it CRT. We need to call it HRT — Hypocritical Race Theory — because there is nothing more hypocritical than a leftist (i.e. “Democrat”) calling non-leftists “racists.”

National Teachers Association has the teachers of the U.S., including private schools, “poll” their elementary school pupils about whom they would vote for. Guess which party they push? The kids go home and advise their parents how to vote. They make a disgusted face when reporting that a few kids actually raised their hands for the Republican candidate. That’s “civics” in today’s schools.

There are very few folk in the education system that would exchange their head for a politically oriented survey.
Children should be instructed to refer any non-school related questions to their parents.
Every parent needs to teach their children to do likewise.

I think surveying children on anything remotely controversial should not happen. For me, that goes without saying. If the survey was only directed at staff and parents, I would still want to see the questions. Given that questions were asked of 4th to 12th graders my presumption is that the questions would be public before being asked of children.
