A friend of mine built an entire covid annex at a local hospital and it was FILLED with sick people. He helped move them in and was building makeshift ICU areas. One thing he said back then, you see someone go on a vent, you know they’re dead.

Can you gie us any more details? When was this constructed and where? What is the status of the covid annex and makeshift ICUs now?

This was built during the first wave in NJ. I think they added 1,500 beds which were full at one point. This would have been between Apr-July 2020 - around that time frame.

He wasn’t allowed to come home. They had living quarters built for them. The facility is there still. Some are “normal” ICU’s now but others stand at the ready from what I know. (albeit, I don’t get updated)
