What underlying conditions did he have?
Before his mother lectures us we need to
know more about his medical condition
and how his doctor treated him early on.
Judging by the picture of his 3 chins, I’d say overweight, possibly asthmatic, and no doubt a few more co-morbidities.
He didn’t get help (from anyone) until he had to be put on oxygen and the kiss of death ventilator. Probably didn’t get Ivermectin or hydrocortisone in the beginning.
